Workout of the Day - September 2nd Labor day

Monday September 2nd - Labor Day WOD


There was no class on Labor day, however I felt like I needed to get a workout in.
Here's what I did.

15 Pull Ups

15 Kettle Bell Swings

9 pull ups
9 Squats
9 Kettle Bell Swings
