#Whole30 #Paleo Month 4 Week 2 Meal ideas.

Cubed steak, steamed broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. Cooked the steak over low heat in a pan with a little bit of coconut oil in the bottom, sprinkled with grilling spices, then added a little bit of water, covered and cooked till tender.
Sautéed the mushrooms in coconut oil till they were well done, added smoked beef sausage, then fried the green plantains in the same pan.


Yellow squash and egg scramble. With some mrs dash original seasonings and a little bit of hot sauce.

Tilapia on cabbage leaves and sweet potato with cinnamon.
I drizzled coconut oil on a pan, added the tilapia and squeezed half a lemon on it, added salt and pepper. Cooked till done. Cabbage leaves were blanched for a couple of minutes in boiling water. I nuked the sweet potato for 20 mins.

#Paleo Experiment in my kitchen: 1&1/2 cups Whole ground flaxseed with two eggs, a very ripe mashed up banana, 1 cup of raisins, a cup of almond milk, ground ginger, cloves, cinnamon, pinch of salt , pinch of baking soda, In the oven at 350. I froze these to take out and warm in the microwave as needed.

put a little bit of olive oil in the bottom of a pan and cooked the zucchini, yellow squash and pineapple together. Seasoned with salt and pepper. The chicken breast was baked in the oven for 3 hrs at 350. Seasoned with yellow curry.
