Easy Anti-Inflammatory Chicken Soup (Gluten-Free & Paleo)

There is nothing better than a warm bowl of soup during the winter months, especially when it is packed with immune-boosting ingredients. This easy anti-inflammatory chicken soup recipe combines tender chicken breasts, fresh garden vegetables, and warming spices like turmeric and curry. It is a quick, nourishing, and Paleo-friendly meal prep staple that brings ultimate comfort to your kitchen table.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • grapesee oil]
  • 1 garlic clove
  • worcestershire sauce
  • grilltime seasonings

Instructions

Sautée two boneless chicken breasts in grapeseed oil, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and grill time seasonings.
Added water to cover and let them cook .
Take the cooked chicken out, chop them, then return to the broth.
Add chopped up carrots and wait till the carrots are done before adding diced green and red pepper and celery.
Sprinkle in turmeric and curry.

Since these were boneless breasts I added a little bit of chicken bouillon. Had them been bone in I would have let the bones simmer longer and omitted the bouillon. But that is just my personal preference.

Mmmmm mmmmm Good Soup.
