This one is the one I have tried in the past, it has the consistency of cornbread almost, it is dense and I have eaten it with eggs and bacon as a breakfast sandwich.
In a mug mix well
1 Tablespoon of Full fat canned coconut milk
1 level Tablespoon coconut flour.
1 level Tablespoon almond flour.
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Dash of salt
Microwave 2 to 2:30 minutes.
