Friday Feb 21 On-Ramp to Crossfit Bootcamp- wallballs, lunges, pullups, kettle bell swings.

Bootcamp class took a field trip and joined the Crossfit Etowah class.

Skill/Strength

Have partner hold ball in top hip/shrug
