Warm up:
.25 walk/run

Two rounds:
15 Back Extensions
10 Flash Pushups
10 Ab Mat Situps
10 Air Squats
5 Pass Throughs

 Practice doing Dead Lifts

 WOD

5 Rounds for time: (My time was 7:35)

5 Barbell Burpee Deadlifts
50m Sprint

50 Flutter Kicks
