Instead
of plain ole water I have been making herbal water.
I take
fresh Mint sprigs growing in my garden and put them in a large jug of
water.
Cut up a lemon or lime (whichever I happen to have at that moment)
Sometimes I like to cut up a cucumber and add it to the jug.
I pour myself a glass and add more
water to the jug for next time.
