Warm up:

200m Run
10 Pass Throughs
10 Push ups
10 Reverse Pass Throughs
10 Squats
10 Crossovers (5 each side)
WOD
20 min time cap.
150 reps of Overhead Squats (used weighed bar)

800m Run
