I did not have enough time to snap a pic of the workout board before it got erased but basically here is what we did.
During Warm up we worked on shoulder mobility with Pass Throughs.
For the main workout we did burpees, situps and jumping jacks
WOD
7 Rounds:
7 Burpees
7 Sit Ups
14 Jumping Jacks
